Gut Health Checklist

Review the following list, and ask yourself if you experience any of these symptoms regularly (every day) or sometimes (every week):

  • I regularly have gas            

  • I get stomach cramps

  • I have mushy, watery stools            

  • I have more than 3 bowel movements per day
